    When it comes to knowing what they want for their home, the customer isn’t always right. That sounds contrary to good business, but stick with me and you’ll understand what I mean.     Depending on how long the stains have had to set in, removing them may not be as hard as you think. According to About.com home repair guide Bob Formisano, some common household items like WD-40 may do the trick. Spray on and let the solvent soak in for 15 minutes. Then rinse with a hose and repeat if necessary.
